Autism Testing (All Ages)

***It should be noted that autism testing is offered for all ages—toddler, child, adolescent, & adult.***

Our testing services consist of at least three separate appointments. Expect that each session could last up to 3 hours. The first appointment is considered an initial intake appointment. Your provider will conduct a clinical interview to obtain important background information, in addition to, completing informant/parent report-based assessments needed to identify the diagnosis.

For child evaluations, the second appointment will involve the provider conducting a structured observation of your child. Parents will need to have camera mounted in a way so that the provider can see the child’s full body and has a view of the child engaging in the structured tasks. The provider will guide the parent on what activities to engage the child in and allow an opportunity for the provider to have a glimpse in how the child acts in his/her natural environment. An additional appointment may be needed if more testing measures need to be administered or if your child has a low tolerance for the structured activities required for the observation.

For teen/adult evaluations, the second appointment the evaluator would go over standardized tests such as checklists and measures of cormorbid conditions (ex. anxiety, depression, etc.) if needed.

The final feedback appointment is scheduled once the assessment report is completed and a diagnosis has been determined. During this session, the provider reviews the full evaluation results in detail, including diagnostic conclusions, and answers any questions from the individual or parents about the report, diagnosis, and next steps.

This process is fully integrated with our Clinical Action Plan Framework, which translates evaluation findings directly into a clear, structured roadmap. We walk through immediate priorities, short-term goals, and longer-term recommendations so clients leave with both diagnostic clarity and a practical, step-by-step plan for moving forward.

Autism Re-Evaluations are also offered. These typically only take one session with an optional feedback session. Given re-evaluations are shorter than an initial evaluation, that service is provided at a lower cost than our initial evaluations.

ADHD Testing (All Ages)

ADHD testing services and other related testing services are available upon request as a stand alone service or as an add on service. This service would follow a similar format to autism testing (see above) with payment required before each session. An intake appointment (1 session) would be required prior to any testing appointment (1-2 sessions) followed by a feedback session (1 session). Additional sessions may be added as needed depending on the complexity of the case. See our long form guide to ADHD testing here
