Autism Testing (All Ages)

***It should be noted that autism testing is offered for all ages—toddler, child, adolescent, & adult.***

Our testing services consist of at least three separate appointments. Expect that each session could last up to 3 hours. The first appointment is considered an initial intake appointment. Your provider will conduct a clinical interview to obtain important background information, in addition to, completing informant/parent report-based assessments needed to identify the diagnosis.

For child evaluations, the second appointment will involve the provider conducting a structured observation of your child. Parents will need to have camera mounted in a way so that the provider can see the child’s full body and has a view of the child engaging in the structured tasks. The provider will guide the parent on what activities to engage the child in and allow an opportunity for the provider to have a glimpse in how the child acts in his/her natural environment. An additional appointment may be needed if more testing measures need to be administered or if your child has a low tolerance for the structured activities required for the observation.

For teen/adult evaluations, the second appointment the evaluator would go over standardized tests such as checklists and measures of cormorbid conditions (ex. anxiety, depression, etc.) if needed.

The final feedback appointment is scheduled once the assessment report is completed and a diagnosis has been determined. During this session, the provider reviews the full evaluation results in detail, including diagnostic conclusions, and answers any questions from the individual or parents about the report, diagnosis, and next steps.

This process is fully integrated with our Clinical Action Plan Framework, which translates evaluation findings directly into a clear, structured roadmap. We walk through immediate priorities, short-term goals, and longer-term recommendations so clients leave with both diagnostic clarity and a practical, step-by-step plan for moving forward.

Autism Re-Evaluations are also offered. These typically only take one session with an optional feedback session. Given re-evaluations are shorter than an initial evaluation, that service is provided at a lower cost than our initial evaluations.

ADHD Testing (All Ages)

ADHD testing services and other related testing services are available upon request as a stand alone service or as an add on service. This service would follow a similar format to autism testing (see above) with payment required before each session. An intake appointment (1 session) would be required prior to any testing appointment (1-2 sessions) followed by a feedback session (1 session). Additional sessions may be added as needed depending on the complexity of the case. See our long form guide to ADHD testing here

Consultation Services

Our Key to Parent Mastery and Key to Adult Autism Clarity programs provide short-term, focused consultation support to help clients move from insight to action. These structured sessions (typically 6–12 sessions) are designed around individualized goals such as improving communication, social, and coping skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and building practical strategies for daily life.

For parents, the Key to Parent Mastery program offers personalized topics such as evidence-based behavioral strategies, IEP navigation, and improving your child's skills deficits. For adults, the Key to Adult Autism Clarity Program focuses on individualized topics such as increasing self-understanding, strengthening coping skills, and developing practical structure for challenges related to work, relationships, and daily functioning.

In addition, AATC offers school or agency case consultation services.

IEP & School Advocacy Consultation

I offer specialized consultation to help families confidently navigate the special education process. I review school evaluations, IEPs/504 plans, and progress reports to help you understand what’s working, what’s missing, and what to request. Together, we’ll identify appropriate supports, prepare for school meetings, and develop clear scripts and talking points so you can advocate effectively for your child.

Whether you need a one-time IEP review, support preparing for a meeting, or in-person/virtual attendance, I provide guidance that helps you feel informed, prepared, and empowered—without offering legal advice or clinical treatment. My goal is to make the school process clearer, calmer, and more manageable, so you can focus on what matters most: your child’s success and well-being.

Key to Early Social Start Program

A parent-guided program for building pre-verbal social connection and early communication skills.

Key to Early Social Start helps babies and toddlers (0–24 months) strengthen the earliest foundations of communication—eye gaze, shared attention, turn-taking, gestures, and early social engagement.

Designed for families noticing early social-communication differences or wanting extra support, the program focuses on simple, joyful interaction strategies you can use every day.

Through warm, practical coaching—virtual or in person—you’ll learn how to create the kinds of moments that naturally build communication before words emerge. This is early support that feels supportive, empowering, and developmentally grounded.

Psychoeducation Groups
**Coming Soon**

Our psychoeducation groups provide a structured, compassionate space to understand autism through a clear, evidence-based, and strengths-focused lens. Each group is designed to reduce confusion, increase confidence, and help participants build practical tools that make daily life feel more manageable and predictable.

Key to Parent Mastery Group

A supportive, skills-based group for parents who want to understand autism more deeply—whether their child is newly diagnosed, awaiting evaluation, or they simply want clarity about developmental differences. Topics may include the “why” behind behaviors, emotional regulation, sensory needs, communication styles, and how to create home routines that actually work. Parents leave with practical strategies, a clearer framework for interpreting their child’s needs, and a grounded sense of direction.

Key to Adult Autism Clarity Group

A structured, validating group for autistic and autistic-questioning adults who want to understand their neurotype, build self-awareness, and develop practical strategies for thriving in daily life. We explore different topics such as executive functioning, sensory processing, burnout, masking, communication differences, emotional regulation, and relationship patterns—always through a strengths-based, non-pathologizing approach. Participants gain insight, language, and tools that support healthier boundaries, clearer self-advocacy, and more regulated living.
