AATC’s Key Consultation Programs help turn diagnostic insight into practical next steps. These individualized sessions focus on understanding your unique needs, solving everyday challenges, and developing strategies that can actually be used in daily life.

Key Consultation Programs may be added after an AATC evaluation or used as a standalone service for individuals and families with a previous diagnosis or who otherwise meet program criteria.

Understanding that you are autistic is one thing. Understanding how autism affects you—and what to do with that information—is another.

Key to Adult Autism Clarity provides individualized consultation to help you better understand your autism profile and develop practical strategies that fit the way you think, function, communicate, and experience the world.

There is no one-size-fits-all curriculum. Choose the areas most relevant to you and focus your sessions on the challenges, questions, or goals that matter most.

Individualized Consultation for Parents of Autistic Children

A diagnosis can help explain why your child experiences the world differently. The next question is often: How do I best support them?

Key to Parent Mastery provides individualized consultation and education to help you better understand your child’s autism profile and develop practical strategies for everyday life.

Rather than following a predetermined parenting curriculum, sessions are tailored to your child, your family, and the situations where you need support most.

PAYMENT & INSURANCE

Private-Pay Practice

Access Autism Testing & Consultation is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly.

This allows evaluations and recommendations to be based on clinical needs rather than insurance authorization requirements.

Out-of-Network Insurance Benefits

Although payment is made directly to Access Autism Testing & Consultation, your insurance plan may provide reimbursement for out-of-network psychological services.

Upon request, you may receive a superbill containing the information needed to submit a claim to your insurance company.

Reimbursement is determined entirely by your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.

Complimentary Out-of-Network Benefits Check

If you would like to better understand your potential out-of-network benefits before scheduling, a complimentary benefits check is available.

HSA & FSA

Psychological assessment services may be eligible for payment using Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds. Eligibility depends on your individual plan.

​

Good Faith Estimate

Under the federal No Surprises Act, individuals who do not have insurance or who choose not to use insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of care.

A Good Faith Estimate is available upon request and will also be provided when required by law.
