Online Autism Evaluations in Texas
Comprehensive Autism Testing for Children, Teens, and Adults Across Texas
Finding an autism evaluation should not require months of waiting, hours of travel, or uncertainty about where to turn.
Access Autism Testing & Consultation provides comprehensive autism evaluations through telehealth for children, adolescents, and adults throughout Texas. Our virtual evaluation model allows individuals and families to complete the diagnostic process from home while receiving individualized assessment from a psychologist with more than 20 years of experience working with autistic individuals and their families.
Whether you are a parent seeking answers about your child’s development or an adult who has spent years wondering whether autism may explain lifelong differences in communication, relationships, sensory experiences, or daily functioning, our goal is to provide more than a diagnosis. We help you understand the complete clinical picture and what to do next.
Autism Evaluations Available Throughout Texas

Autism Testing for Adults in Texas
Many adults begin considering an autism evaluation after years of feeling different without fully understanding why.
Some have previously been diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or another mental health condition. Others begin recognizing autistic traits after learning more about autism through their career, relationships, their child’s diagnosis, or their own research.
A comprehensive adult autism evaluation considers your developmental history as well as your current experiences. Assessment may explore social communication, relationships, sensory experiences, routines and flexibility, focused interests, masking or camouflaging, adaptive functioning, and other factors that may help explain your experiences.
Importantly, an evaluation also considers alternative or co-occurring explanations when appropriate.
Autism Evaluations for Children and Teens
Parents may seek an evaluation because of concerns related to communication, social development, friendships, sensory differences, repetitive behaviors, intense interests, emotional regulation, flexibility, or other developmental differences.
For some children, concerns become apparent very early. For others—particularly verbally fluent children, girls, academically advanced children, and children with co-occurring ADHD or anxiety—autistic characteristics may become more apparent as social expectations increase.
Our evaluations are designed to understand the whole child rather than relying on a single test score.
A Comprehensive Telehealth Evaluation
Your evaluation is individualized based on age, developmental history, presenting concerns, and diagnostic questions.
The process may include clinical and developmental interviews, standardized autism measures, behavioral observation, adaptive functioning measures, review of relevant records, and assessment of other concerns when clinically indicated.
Following the evaluation, clients receive a comprehensive written report and feedback session explaining the results.
Our Clinical Action Plan Framework™ is designed to translate the findings into practical recommendations so that clients and families leave the process with both greater understanding and direction.
